The stone oven.
Il B&B Il Gelso was born to make an idea of the owners to become possible: providing family like hospitality, hosting the guests and making them feel like at home, respecting their privacy and quiteness, typical of travelling people, but providing warmth.
The stone oven, located between the patronal house and the B&B building probably represents the best synsthesis of this idea. Its manufacturing, according to traditional criteria, makes it possible to cook traditional dishes, prepare bread and pizzas, barbequeue, in a calm sharing atmosphere, respecting everyone's expectations.
In the hot summer evenings the owners may use the stone oven and the park area to organize special ''thematic'' evenings, when typical foods might be proposed, and tastes of typical dishes might be sampled. All this with small additional fees.
Upon requests park and oven can be used to organize small meetings, always with full respect of everyone's needs for privacy and relax.
